The LXS Labs Heavy-Duty French Cleat Starter Pack contains all four bracket lengths from our most substantial mounting range.

Every bracket uses an enlarged 50mm-high and 15mm-thick profile, providing additional countersunk fixing positions and increased adhesive contact area compared with our Standard and Slimline designs.

Four complete interlocking pairs are included, giving you a choice of bracket widths for workshop organisation, storage systems, display panels and custom DIY projects.

Buying the starter pack saves approximately 10% compared with purchasing all four pairs individually.

Choose Your Fixing Method

Screw mount

All eight brackets feature additional pre-drilled, countersunk mounting holes for suitable mechanical fixings.

Adhesive mount

All eight brackets are supplied with high-bond adhesive tape. The enlarged bracket profile provides greater adhesive contact area than our Standard range.

Mixed mount

Every pair contains one countersunk screw-mounted bracket and one adhesive-mounted bracket. The complete pack contains four brackets of each type.

How It Works

Attach one component to the wall or mounting surface and the matching component to the item being mounted.

The angled sections interlock to form a concealed mounting connection while allowing the item to be lifted away when access, repositioning or removal is required.

Important Information

“Heavy Duty” describes the bracket’s larger profile and additional fixing provision compared with our Standard and Slimline ranges. It does not represent a certified load rating.

Supported weight depends on bracket width, mounting surface, fixing method, installation quality and load direction.

Mechanical fixings should be used where heavier, valuable or fragile items are involved. Adhesive-only mounting must not automatically be assumed suitable for heavy loads.

Adhesive requires clean, dry, smooth and structurally sound surfaces. Textured, dusty, porous, damp or weakly painted surfaces may prevent reliable adhesion.

These brackets must not be used for structural, overhead, safety-critical or human-supporting installations.

PLA is primarily intended for indoor use and should not be exposed to prolonged excessive heat. Minor layer lines are a normal characteristic of additive manufacturing.
